Please Note:
A $10 return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund when using a prepaid label and requesting a refund to your original form of payment.
If you choose store credit, the return shipping fee is waived.
We gladly accept international returns under the following terms:
Return shipping costs and any applicable import/export duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
These fees are non-refundable, as they are imposed by local customs authorities and not collected by URBAN SOLES LTD..
All international returns must include a tracking number and be initiated through our return center at www.urbanssole.shop.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
For store credit, an e-gift card will be issued immediately upon approval.
